The Tissue-Tek Stainless-Steel Base Molds are designed for use with Tissue-Tek

® Mega-Cassette™, and Tissue-Tek
® Paraform
® Sectionable Cassette Systems. The tissue embedding molds are made of stainless steel and are reusable with extended fins to prevent tipping and to provide a gripping surface for easy handling. The flat, metal bottom allows maximum heat/cold exchange to enhance
embedding and release of the paraffin block.
